CroiYoga for Women

Yoga for all is a mixed yoga class,suitable for men and women. Each CroiYoga class covers postures (asanas) breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation techniques (mindfulness meditations and/or yoga nidra).

Wednesday morning classes are suitable for all levels and beginners are most welcome.

Wednesday evening class from 7pm – 8pm is a pure beginners level class. The class will focus on the foundational yoga postures with a strong mindfulness theme running throughout. If you’re not sure where to begin, this is the class for you. When you feel ready, be that after one week or fifty one weeks you are welcome to proceed to the level two class, if you really enjoy the energy of the level 1 class you can remain there for as long as you wish.

Wednesday evening from 8pm – 9.15pm is a level 2 class, suitable for people with some yoga experience. We will still cover a lot of the foundational yoga postures for your stability and alignment as well as covering some of the more challenging postures all the while with a strong mindfulness theme throughout.

All classes finish with very relaxing mindfulness meditation and/or yoga nidra and some tips for how to incorporate our weekly mindful yoga practice into our every day life for the coming week.
